In case of emergency, please follow these steps

1. Immediate Assistance (Police, Ambulance, Fire Service)

If you are in immediate danger, have been involved in an accident, or require urgent intervention from the authorities (medical emergency, crime, fire), call the European emergency number:

112
(Free of charge, available 24/7.)

2. Contact Your Hosting and Sending Organization

In other urgent matters -which do not require immediate intervention from emergency services but affect your safety or well-being - please contact the following without delay:

Your designated contact person at the hosting organization (mentor or coordinator);
Or your sending organization. The hosting organization is primarily responsible for your safety and the daily implementation of the project.

3. Contact the National Agency

If the steps above have not led to a solution, or if the nature of the problem requires you to contact the National Agency directly, please email us at info@tpf.hu

To ensure swift processing, please include the following information in your email:

  • Project number (e.g., 202X-X-HU01-KA...);
  • Name and address of the hosting organization;
  • Name and contact details of the contact person at the hosting organization;
  • A brief description of the issue;
  • The steps you have taken so far to resolve the situation.

The National Agency will review all incoming requests as a matter of priority and, if necessary, will contact the organizations involved.
