The event promotes knowledge sharing, cultural dialogue, and international academic cooperation, further highlighted by the participation of the Ambassadors of Spain and Chile.
The XXVII Ibero-American Week was held at the University of Pécs as a major academic and cultural event dedicated to the Spanish‑ and Portuguese‑speaking world. Organized by the Ibero-American Centre of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, the week-long programme continued a long-standing tradition of fostering dialogue between Europe and Latin America through lectures, conferences, and cultural events, bringing together Hungarian and international scholars, students, and cultural actors. This event is also considered as the 16th CEEPUS Ibero-American Summer School, therefore 36 students and 15 teachers have arrived from 10 Eastern and Central-European countries. [btk.pte.hu]
